Background:
Following an exchange between a transport company and TerraLabs, an untapped market opportunity was identified. The objective was to maximize the efficiency of this fleet of machines exploring new promising applications.
Project:
A simple Proof of Concept (POC), based on a no-code application, was set up to test the market hypothesis with a target audience.
