01 - Ideation

It could be our idea or yours or the combination of different approaches. In any event, we are testing it to see if it can become a viable business.

02 - Validation

All ideas seem good at first, but nine out of ten are not. We test their technical and economic feasibility, market dynamics, and the interests of customers and investors.

03 - Creation

When an idea is validated, it is time to act quickly. Our design partners, engineers, scientists, marketing specialists, financial specialists and business creators transform the validated concept into a first POC (proof of concept) and then into a real pilot.

04 - Launch

We manage the back office, administrative aspects such as talent recruitment and finances, allowing founders to focus exclusively on business development.

Example of a Project: Exploring a New Market

Background:
Following an exchange between a transport company and TerraLabs, an untapped market opportunity was identified. The objective was to maximize the efficiency of this fleet of machines exploring new promising applications.

Project:
A simple Proof of Concept (POC), based on a no-code application, was set up to test the market hypothesis with a target audience.

Result:
The feedback obtained made it possible to refine the strategy. This validation phase provided key insights, guiding towards an informed decision to expand the project, while minimizing the risks associated with innovation.
